Soft paws grow out naturally with your cats nails much like acrylic nails on humans. For the first timers we wait around and watch their behaviour to be sure they are not going to pull them off, most cats leave them alone. We only recommend soft paws on indoor cats over 14 weeks, cats who go outside need sharp nails to get out the way of predators, therefore we don't recommend capping their nails.

For L, XL and XXL our aim is to complete the service within 4 hrs depending on the job. Please allow 48 business hours notices for any cancelations or service changes Monday-Friday 8am-5pm we are CLOSED WEEKENDS, if you forget about your appointment we will charge a $50 fee. Mondays appointments need to be cancelled before 5pm Friday. Because we work within the 1.5m social distance if you're unwell for the appointment you must reschedule. Our groomers will leave and your deposit will be forfit if we arrive to find out you're sick. As we have advised how painful matting is, advised on home care and future bookings failure to care for your cats basic needs will result in a decline of future bookings.
