Bruce was great – very knowledgeable and helpful from the time I met him to time of picking up my tailor made trailer. When I collected it, Bruce showed me different hooks and explained how they can be attached to the compartment to make most use of space. All in all, the trailer (though needed time and money to make safe and legal after purchase) is a worthy purchase and would buy from them again. Hydraulic tippers are considered stronger and can be used for heavy lifting, while electric winch tippers are intended for lighter loads.
They went through the whole trailer when I went to pick it up.It is the most well balanced trailer to tow. We have the trailer now a few months and it has been brilliant. The trailer was the size I wanted, , it was available and didn’t have to be ordered in. It appears to be well built and came with extras which were add on’s with other brands I looked at.( eg spare wheel and jockey wheel). And importantly it was competitively priced. I needed a trailer fairly urgently, called and spoke to Mike at Mooloolaba.
They had plenty of different trailers in stock and ready to go. Within a short time of calling and speaking to Mike about what I was after, I had a new trailer hooked up and on the road.
