Spread across two levels, our dedicated Nursery and Kinder areas are connected by a central staircase, allowing these differing developmental groups to learn, play, run and explore effortlessly within their own bayswater north childcare center purpose-built spaces. I was a lead educator for seven years across all age groups before moving into management roles in 2011. I love working in early childhood education, engaging in the children’s learning journeys and collaborating with wonderful educators, families and the community. Our evidence-based Rhythm and Movement for Self-Regulation (RAMSR) program is designed to develop fundamental skills that help support children’s self-regulation, memory, and concentration. It is an innovative approach to holistic learning, development and well-being in early childhood.
