We typically recommend that clients allow us an hour or two to set up the wall, as this allows us to create a perfect backdrop for your event. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances require a quicker turnaround time. In these cases, our team will do everything possible to accommodate your needs.

If you require us to pick up your prop after use, a pick up fee will be charged based on location and time. Pick up time and date must be confirmed & paid prior to delivery. If returning prop to our studio it must be returned by the following Thursday or bond will not be returned. Invoice for surcharges will be sent after order has been received.
