Growing up immersed in swimming and netball, Bridget values staying active and aims to assist her patients in doing the same. Bridget has dedicated her Osteopathic years to supporting patients with diverse injuries from acute sports injuries, to post operative rehab and postural related neck pain. Her interest in sports injuries stems from her work within the Port Melbourne Football Club in the VFL and VFLW where she assists players with their injuries. Bridget is passionate about self improvement, performance and health. Having been actively involved in the sporting world since she was a kid, she understands the demand and the toll that injuries and pain can take in the short and long term on the body.
