Cancellations must be made more than 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made from 7 days to 48 hours prior to course commencement will not be refunded, however can be rebooked for another date where possible. Where a course is cancelled by the provider, you will be rebooked into a subsequent course date or a refund can be arranged. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur full fee, unless MEDICAL CERTIFICATE is provided covering the day of the course. Please note that the Safer Drivers Course MUST reach a minimum of 6 students to proceed. Each year, the NSW Government offers 1000 free places for the course.
At Learn to Drive Driving School we have been teaching learner drivers since 2012 and all of our driving instructors are fully insured. That includes professional indemnity and public liability insurance. When you take a driving lesson with learn to drive you will learn more and become a safe driver in a shorter period of time.
If your instructor is running late, they will contact you. We recommend that you wait outside at the set start time. You can update your booking to an alternate time by signing in to your account and selecting a new day and time for your lesson or course (subject to availability). The course includes a 3-hour (theory) group discussion with other learners and a 2 hour (practical) coaching session in a vehicle with another learner.
Licensed driving instructors are qualified instructors who can teach others how to drive. There is a limitation to the amount of knowledge you can get by reading a text book. Driving is an active thing, you have to learn how to drive by doing it on the road in a real life situation. With Learn to Drive, a 1 hour automatic driving lesson is $75 and a 1 hour manual driving lesson is $80. I've been with other driving schools and was not happy with them but Learn To Drive was the best decision I made. I passed my Provisional Licence test with PERFECT marks.Regards.
